1. Service Description

Topo Prints provides custom topographic art prints based on elevation data from public sources. Prints are produced and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.

2. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and include production costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically produced within 2-5 business days and shipped via standard carriers. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5-14 business days for domestic US orders).

4. Returns and Replacements

Because every print is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

5. Data Usage

We use OpenStreetMap/Nominatim for geocoding and public elevation data sources. We do not store your location searches beyond what is needed to fulfill your order.
